Heavenly Father
Please consider this prayer to Thee as I willfully humble myself to Thee in faith on this day that Thou has blessed us with. I ask that You create in us Your people, a clean heart, O God and renew within us, a right spirit that each of us may not be guilty of any offense.
I pray that on today, that the Body of Christ will be unmoved from the obedience that You require of us in our service to You. Let not our own wills and passions cause for any of us to be lead away by temptations and snares. Please keep our united hearts fixed on trusting you My Lord in all things on this day. We have and find great comfort and blessed assurance in Your forgiveness, grace, and mercy that is applied to our accounts out of Your love for us.
