Our Creator Is Only Interested In Our Hearts Not Our Success!
To gain victory in our everyday living, Godly wisdom states that love, not fear should rule our souls. When it comes to spiritual matters, we are encouraged to maintain a clear conscience while fighting to let nothing or no one compromise our union in Christ.
We who call ourselves followers and or believers of the Kingdom of Heaven, must never become intoxicated by the wisdom of this evil generation. To do so has existential as well as eternal consequences!
For forty-eight years of walking with the Master, one of my greatest fears is located in Psalms 51:11, Do not banish me from your presence and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me. Amen!
My prayer and concern for many believers are that many of us have most recently, lost our way and are in need to revisit verses 10 and 12 of Psalms 51.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and sustain me with a willing spirit.…
Prayer
Heavenly Father
I pray that Your Holy Spirit will search me and examine my heart today.
Let each moment of my walking with my Lord test my mind, emotions, and will.
Master make Your thoughts my thoughts. I humbly pray that You bring to my attention any wicked ways in me, while I will fully submit to Your cleansing me from every revealed sin.
Father, I only delight in giving my entire body, mind, and soul to You because of all the most wonderful things that You have done for me.
I present my life as a living and holy sacrifice—the worthy kind that You will make and will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship You and Your Kingdom before an ever-present evil generation. Amen
Heavenly versus Evil Wisdom
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. 15 This wisdom does not descend from above but is earthly, sensual, demonic. 16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and hypocrisy. 18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
Let us work toward yielding Good Fruits of Grace and Mercy
Christ must be the center of one’s life, second to no other relationships, interest, or concern in our lives. The spirit of God, the Holy Scriptures, and other spiritual disciplines assists us to have control over our thoughts and actions.
We are all called by the Spirit of God to endure until the end. Only then will we made perfect, which only means that we have gained the maturity of the Faith.
Until that time, we all will lose small and major battles along the way. We are both spiritual and physical beings living in the fallen world. Those of us who are in the world but not in the world, our Master has empowered us not to wage war as the world does when faced with fear and the unknown.
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.
We also must never compromise our morality and covenant relationship with God for anyone nor any possession or chasing after the subversive rewards of obtaining success in an unavailingly and psychotic manner.
In the Kingdom of God, balance is established by God’s boundaries and not by our wills and or human desires.
Our Creator’s daily focus is upon our Hearts.
He says I, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each soul according to their ways, according to the results of their deeds. Jeremiah 17:10
Even the chosen elect will fail God for all human hearts without ultimate discipline and devotion, incline to be deceitful and desperately sick.
While one’s testing and or temptation may be a painful experience at times, a faithful follower of the Messiah should consider it a joy and honor to have been tempted by the evil forces of Satan, just as Master Jesus did!
For because Jesus overcame every aspect of this evil generation, we too who are disciples of The Messiah will overcome!
Grace and Peace
