Preface
Have you or anyone you know, ever doubted God’s faithfulness?
I invite you to consider Jeremiah 31:35-36. Complete Jewish Bible Translation [CJB]
This is what Adonai[Lord] says, who gives the sun as the light for the day,
who ordained the laws for the moon and stars to provide light for the night,
who stirs up the sea until its waves roar-
Adonai-Tzva’ot [Lord of Host] is His name:
“If these laws leave my presence,” says Adonai,
“Then Israel’s offspring will stop being a nation in my presence forever.”
God’s Pledge
These verses of the prophet Jeremiah communicate the reign of law we recognize in God’s creative work, which has its counterpart in His Kingdom’s spiritual laws of redemption. The stability and permanence of natural order are God’s pledge and earnestness in fulfilling His promises to Israel and the non-Jewish nations on the earth. [see Romans 11:1-24]
Christ’s successful advent of the New Covenant [see Jeremiah 31:31-34] is the prophetic and progressive fulfillment of a superior priesthood of Messiahs over Levi. One was temporal the other is eternal. Every living soul [Jew or non-Jewish] who sincerely has the faithfulness of Abraham [see Hebrews 11:8-12], is the true complete United Israel of God.
The Anointed One from heaven [Messiah] shall have a spiritual seed within the earth to serve Him as long as the sun and moon endure. His faithful disciples shall continue to the end of this age. His assembly is built on a Rock and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. [see Matthew 16:17-19]
“Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; neither is His ear so dull that it cannot hear, but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear..., Isaiah 59:1-2ff
Additional Encouragement
“No power outside, from the Devil downward, can take up out of God’s hand; so long as we remain faithful, we are as eternally secure as God Himself. -Oswald Chambers
Therefore, when God wanted to demonstrate still more convincingly the unchangeable character of His intentions to those who were to receive what He had promised, He added an oath to the promise; so that through two unchangeable things, in neither of which God could lie, we; who have fled to take a firm hold on the hope set before us, would be strongly encouraged. Hebrews 6:17-18 CJB Translation
