Do not Waste the Miracle of Life!
Quote
“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn.” –Benjamin Franklin
Prayerful Reflection
Heavenly Father, please grant me the capacity to thoroughly learn the meaning and purpose of this miracle of life. Please correct the myopic image of my life, for I have lived my days and nights from afar. Secure within my being, the clear pathway toward spiritual maturity, with the newly founded commitment to maximizing each second, day, and week with purpose and direction throughout my journey in space and time.
Lovingly instruct me in overcoming all of my internalized inhabitations that empower my complacency and fear that immobilized my willful and purposeful desires. Grant me with faithful courage as my newly found source of strength to effectively and powerfully engage the culture and the world alike.
Quote
“What is time? The shadow on the dial, the striking of the clock, the running of the sand, day and night, summer and winter, months, years, centuries-these are but arbitrary and outward signs, the measure of time, not time itself. Time is the life of the soul.” -H.W. Longfellow
Lord consume me with Your inner light to enable me the ability of personal analysis and honest critique. Reveal to me all of the half-truths and whole lies within my misguided orientation before I unknowingly superimpose my tainted and narrow-scoped views upon others and the world.
How I am forever grateful that we have Christ who serves as a lamp does in the darkness, giving us the light we need “until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts” (2 Peter 1:19). Our Lord is the King who now reigns in light, who pushes back the darkness, and promises us morning is coming. Revelations 22:16
Finally, Heavenly Father, the evidence that I have not lived my life in vain, is only because You have empowered me with the special distinction of leaving my very unique mark on the earth, which will never be erased. I pray that my life has faithfully acted justly, to love mercy while walking humbly before You. Micah 6:8
If I can help somebody, as I travel along, with a word or song, if I can help somebody from doing wrong the way the Master taught, then I know that my gift of life is not in vain.

Deuteronomy 31:6
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.“
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
