Preface
This is a Biblical topical study and analysis of the multiple events that happen when God looks down from Heaven on earth. Our Heavenly Father is not distant or detached from His creation or His creatures. He is forever actively involved and observant of all the affairs of humanity.
Within the contents of the featured passage of Scripture Psalm 33:13-17, I have added supportive gleaned passages to enhance and contrast spirituality to that of carnality within this blog post.
The imagery of God looking down from heaven enables humanity that is in right standing with Him, to embrace and celebrate His awareness, concern, and sovereignty over the world.

Key Featured Scripture:
Psalm 33:13-17
The Sovereignty of our Creator
The Lord God looks down from heaven, scanning intently, to regard with pleasure, favor, or care for everyone He observes. He looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. [Psalm 14:2]
God looks out from heaven upon the human race to see if even one is wise and if even one seeks God. Our Lord looked down from His sanctuary on high, from heaven He viewed the earth, to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death. [Psalms 53:2; Psalm 102:19-20]
But Adonai’s eyes watch over those who fear Him and are morally reverent, over those who wait for His grace, His loving-kindness to rescue them from death and keep them alive in famine, and all matters in their lives that are associated with scarcity or lack of something. He watches all who live on earth. [Psalm 33:18, 13-14]
Yet, why are the nations in an uproar, the people grumbling in vain? The earth kings are taking positions, leaders conspiring together against Adonai [Lord] and His people who are called to live a godly life in His anointed one who is Christ. [gleaned from Psalm 2:1-2]
Every one of them is unclean, altogether corrupt; not one does what is good, not a single one. [Psalm 54:3]
He alone fashion as molded clay their hearts; and considers their works. He keeps watch on a person’s ways; He sees them every step. For there is no darkness, no death-like gloom, where wrongdoers can hide; He doesn’t warn people when they must appear before God in judgment. [gleaned from Job 34:21-23]
For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9
A large army does not save a king; a warrior will not be delivered by great strength. The horse is a false hope for safety; it provides no escape by its great power. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but the people of God praise the name of Adonai our God.
They [who are rebellious and are in conflict with God] will crumple and fall, but we who are God’s people, will arise and stand erect. Give victory, Andonai! Let the King answer us the day we call in times of distress. Our God in heaven; He does whatever pleases Him. [gleaned from Psalm 20:7-9; Psalm115:3]
Now I know that Adonai gives victory to His anointed one, He will answer him from His Holy Heaven with mighty victories by His fight Hand. [gleaned from Psalm 20:6]
What God our Deliverer Regards as Good?
First of all, I counsel that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be made for all human beings, including kings and all in positions of prominence; so that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives, being godly and upright in everything.
This is what God our Deliverer, regards as good; this is what meets His approval that all humanity be delivered and come to full knowledge of the truth. For God is one, and there is but one Mediator between God and humanity, Yeshua the Messiah, Himself human, who gave Himself as a ransom on behalf of all, thus providing testimony to God’s purpose at just the right time. 1 Timothy 2:1-6
Summary
These multiple Scriptures emphasize the need for all people to rely solely upon God’s wisdom, sovereignty, and supernatural power over our lives and His creation.
Human will, ambition, strength, or dependency upon worldly resources all will fade and destroy us each time, leaving us hopeless and in most cases defeated and devoid of hope.
Each human being innately is at birth, the possessor of a rebellious nature toward God. All who turn away from God’s guidance and spiritual offering through Messiah, according to Scripture will eternally suffer not only in this life but the eternal life to come.
As far as God’s heavenly abode, is not too far from Him to reveal Himself to each of us and circumcise our hardened hearts to His presence, will, and purpose that He has ordained and vowed to Himself to redeem and complete His divine plan of redemption for all that call upon the Name of God while they dwell upon the earth.
